Where we deliver

Atlas Studio currently accepts orders for delivery within the United Kingdom. Available delivery options and charges are shown at checkout before payment.

Shipping charges

Shipping is charged separately from the product price. The charge shown at checkout depends on the product in your order and the delivery service selected.

Production and delivery

Every Atlas Studio print is personalised and made to order by our specialist print partner. Production time is separate from carrier transit time.

Any dispatch or delivery estimate shown during checkout is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Unless a different timeframe is agreed with you, we aim to deliver within 30 days of accepting your order.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, details will be sent to the email address supplied at checkout after the order has been dispatched.

Incorrect addresses, delays and delivery problems

Please check your delivery address carefully before payment. If you notice an error, contact hello@atlasstudio.design immediately with your order reference. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after production or dispatch has begun.

If your order is delayed, lost, arrives damaged or appears not to have been delivered, email hello@atlasstudio.design with your order reference and a short description of the issue so we can investigate with the print partner or carrier.
